While using the ExamRoom.ai Site and App, we collect information on you through the use ofcookies, IP addresses, type of browser, search terms used within our Site and App, and other passive tracking devices to collect aggregate statistics about our web site.

We use this information to monitor the performance of ourSites so we can improve its use and add features and programs to make it more effective. ExamRoom.AI may also disclose this aggregate information to third parties.

Prov is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information collected on this and all Prov Sites. Personal information may be collected during the login and registration process to access portions of the Site(s) and other functions and features. Prov uses personal information to provide the highest quality and service of Prov products to all our customers, users, and visitors to the website(s). We also use this information to maintain the integrity of the exam content and results, as well as the user’s identity. Personal information may be collected in conjunction with any online employment applications, or so that Prov may contact you, provide materials to you upon request, register your account and exam, send relevant correspondence via email or postal mail, or for any other purpose personal information is collected.

Sharing

Prov will not sell, rent, trade or lease your personal information to others unless we have requested to do so and have received your permission, provided that you authorize Prov to disclose your personal information to others under the following circumstances: We may, and you authorize Prov to, transfer your personal information to any Prov affiliate (or business partner or agent acting on our behalf) worldwide for purposes described herein. Such Prov affiliates, business partners, and agents will be under the same obligations as is Prov under this Privacy Policy. We may be required to transfer your personal information by law or under a court order or in connection with an organizational change, such as a merger or acquisition by another company or the sale of Prov’s assets. If Prov, in its sole discretion, determines that that a transfer is necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Prov, this site, or its users, then we may also share your personal information.

Parties Who Receive Information and How it is Used
Corporate Contractors

Personal information, exam information and job demographics are disclosed to corporate and university clients who have used Prov’s system to deliver exams to their job or student candidates. Personal information and exam information are never disclosed to candidates or unauthorized thirds parties, unless required by law.

Third Parties

In regards to licensure testing candidates, licensee updates may be disclosed to licensing agencies, regulatory boards, state governments or professional associations for their files and records. Prov will only disclose information to entities or third parties that are authorized by Prov. Prov may also disclose personal and licensure/licensee information under certain circumstances where Prov has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against anyone who may be causing injury to, or interfering with, Prov’s rights or property, other site(s) users, or any others that could be harmed by such activities, or as otherwise required by law.

Account and Password Security

As a user of ExamRoom.AI and any other Prov site, you may be required to register an account that will be confirmed through your email. It is your responsibility to maintain your login and password credentials, as well as safeguarding said information.

We ask that you do not input any sensitive information in the commentary fields, support chat, or any other field made available for free-text drafting. This type of information includes: race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, philosophical beliefs, politics, workers’ union membership, and health (except when, and relating to, requesting ADA accommodations).

Biometrics

If requested by your test sponsor, ExamRoom.AI utilizes biometrics to protect your identity and to maintain test integrity, as allowed by law. Prov implements finger print, retinal scan, facial scan, knuckle scan, keystroke DNA, and voice technology to ensure the identity of the test taker as well as using seven biometric measures to monitor and protect against cheating. Prov uses secure servers, platforms, and software to protect all personal data that is collected for the purpose of testing. Prov has created and deployed algorithms and advanced technology to protect data from outside hackers and threats from within.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The personal information that you provide for the purpose of registration, verification, and testing, will only be stored on our server for 30 days. After the 30-day period, all of the personal information you provided will be deleted. Information, such as: finger print, retinal scan, facial scan, and knuckle scan, are only stored on the user’s device. We don’t store any of your biometric information.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

You have several rights in regards to the processing of your personal information. They are as follows:

  • You have the right to access your personal data and any personal data being transferred to third countries.
  • You have the right to rectify your personal data.
  • In some instances, you can have your data deleted before the 30-day store policy.
  • In some instances, you have the right to object the processing of your personal information.
  • Under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information.
  • You have the right of portability of some of your personal data.
  • Under certain conditions, you have the right to withdraw you given consent of having your personal data processed.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may make necessary changes to this policy based on changes in processing of personal data or regulations/legislation. If or when changes are made, we will renew the date and version of this policy and make any necessary communications through the website or e-mail.
