Jira Internal project management platform; used to organize current and future tasks, issues, and projects. ExamRoom.AI uses Jira to organize, manage, and delegate projects, tasks, and issues across all teams. We also use Jira to document and solve bug reports sent by Users and other data access requests, sent by Users. Requests made by Clients.
Authorize.NET Payment transaction processor for subscriptions on desktop Authorize.NET provides ExamRoom.AI a Transaction ID to acknowledge and confirm customer payments and subscriptions. ExamRoom.AI does not receive financial information or full credit card information/data of customers.
HubSpot HubSpot is used internally for marketing, sales, and contact information for prospective and current clients. Accessible contact information includes first and last name, email, phone number, and organization’s name. HubSpot is only used to manage future and existing clients, it does not contain any candidate or individual user data.
ZOHO DESK & ZOHO ASSIST Organizing and responding to support ticket request via chat and email ExamRoom.AI share email addresses with ZOHO. The first and last name and contact phone number of individuals is provided by the individual when submitting a help request, as well as the content in the message or ticket requests. Users may also provide information directly to ZOHO in the course of responding to a support request and communicating with ExamRoom.AI.
AWS S3 for content storage, AWS SFTP for secure files transfer from client to ExamRoom.AI, cloudwatch for application health monitoring, Cognito for SSO login. All media files, app logos, and files transferred to ExamRoom.AI by Clients occur through SFTP. S3 is used to save photo ID and picture of candidate during registration and/or onboarding and used to store the recording during the exam session.
Vonage Business Inc. Real-time communication (live feed) ExamRoom.AI is partnered with Vonage Videos API for real-time communication between the candidate and the proctor. No PII data is saved with Vonage, but Vonage APIs record the exam session and uploads to our AWS S3 bucket.
Calendly Appointment booking for customer & technical support Calendly is used to book appointments for technical & customer support through our platform and website. Users will complete the form with their name, email, and contact number (optional).
