Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strategic thinking. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. 

Position Responsibilities: 

1. Product Strategy and Vision: 

1. Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals. 
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
3. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility. 

2. Product Development:  

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time. 
2. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration. 
3. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. 
4. Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and prioritized. 

3. Stakeholder Management:  

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and developments. 
2. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning. 
4. Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product delivery. 

4. Technical Documentation: 

1. Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation. 
2. Ensure that all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.
3. Work closely with technical writers and engineering teams to produce high-quality documentation.

5. Business Analysis: 

1. Lead Business Analyst teams across various GEOs to gather and prioritize product requirements. 
2. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories. 
3. Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure that all requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the development team. 

6. Performance and Analysis: 

1. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. 
2. Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continuously enhance the product. 
3. Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate the success of product releases and identify lessons learned.  

Position Requirement: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
2. 8+ years of experience in product management or a related role. 
3. Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. 
4. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. 
5. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING ENTERPRISE PLATFORM & MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING MICROSOFT STACK & JAVASCRIPT.  
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
7. Should be familiar with any of the BA tools.  
8. Proven experience managing and leading teams across multiple GEOs. 
9. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. 
10. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
11. Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail. 
12. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
13. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA & MS Project Plan and techniques.
