Position Summary:
The Global HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting HR operations through system enhancements and troubleshooting. The Global HRIS Specialist acts as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to implement solutions that improve efficiency and align with organizational objectives.

Language Ability:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex systems clearly.
Math Ability:
Strong numerical skills for analyzing HR metrics, payroll calculations, and system-generated data.
Reasoning Ability:
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality. Attention to detail and critical thinking for identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies.
Computer Skills:
Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar). Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with SQL, database management, and system integrations is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
PHR, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification is preferred.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.
