Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.

Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  1. Experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in AI/ML or technology-related projects.
  2. Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a development team to achieve project goals.
  3. Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, for backlog management and project tracking. 
  4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 
  6. Knowledge of release management process. Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating release notes for software using Jira. 
  7. Knowledge of SDLC process. Experience of integrating Gitlab with Jira.
  8. Experience setting up organization level schemas in Jira for user access, feature access, workflows, field level accesses. 
  9. Experience creating, maintaining, and updating reports for clients/executives/managers/team members through Jira and other available tools. 
  10. Experience using automation rules in Jira for various Agile software development scenarios. 
  11. Experience creating components for Agile software development Framework. 
  12. Experience creating Timelines, feature pipelines, bug management, requirement funneling, and planning tools using Jira tools. 
  13. Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus. 

Position Education and Experience (required and preferred):

  1. Bachelor of Engineering, MCA, MSc. Computer Science is mandatory. 

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience. 
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  3. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and development team capacity. 
  4. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings, ensuring that the team is focused and working efficiently. 
  5. Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, and escalate issues as needed. 
  6. Monitor and `track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage expectations regarding scope, timeline, and deliverables. 
  7. Conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and drive continuous process optimization. 
  8. Manage and resolve team conflicts, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment. 
  9. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement and self- Organization. 
  10. Implement Agile metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor team velocity, burndown, and quality metrics. Track the dependencies and track the RAID logs regularly. 
  11. Lead Agile transformation initiatives, guide teams and management through the adoption of Agile practices. 
  12. Implement Agile project management tools and techniques, improving team efficiency and visibility.
