Position Summary:
The Senior AI/ML Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and global best practices. This position requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and a history of impactful contributions to AI/ML projects within global organizations. Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level systems. Proven experience working with global AI/ML companies or projects spanning multiple geographies. Demonstrated success in deploying production AI/ML models, including governance and lifecycle management. Expertise in algorithms such as k-NN, SVM, Decision Forests, GANs, and more. Advanced knowledge in Computer Vision, Audio/Video/Image Processing, and Deep Learning techniques. Experience with frameworks like CUDA, OpenCL, and SLAM. Deep understanding of data governance, data masking, and data security methodologies. Proficiency in languages like Python, R, SQL, and Java. Familiarity with NoSQL and relational database systems. Supervisory experience is essential, including managing and collaborating with global teams and leading a team of at least 3-4 AI/ML engineers.
Language Ability:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Math Ability:
Advanced mathematical skills, including the ability to compute complex algorithms, ratios, and statistical models.
Reasoning Ability:
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to resolve technical challenges effectively. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Computer Skills:
High proficiency in machine learning frameworks, development environments, and data tools. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products, web technologies, and CRM platforms.
Certificates and Licenses:
Relevant certifications in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud platforms are a plus.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.
