Position Title: AI/ML Engineer

Position Summary:
The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of software development, testing, and ensuring compatibility with enterprise and solutions architecture by harnessing modern development technologies. This position will give the AI/ML Engineer an immense opportunity to work on some of the latest technologies and will also provide a rich functional experience and an excellent platform to expand the AI/ML Engineer’s knowledge on the corporate action domain and bring exciting changes to the existing platform.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent from a reputed institute. Experience or knowledge in programming and handling data of various forms and sizes. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in various models on NLP, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer based Clustering, Reinforcement Learning, Regression, etc. Must have extensive knowledge of CV2, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other deep-learning libraries. Must have strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. Must have good knowledge of NLP to contribute to ongoing projects. Good knowledge of image classifiers, image captioning, image segmentation, and object detection. Good understanding of attention mechanisms, activation functions, feature engineering, transformers (BERT, S-BERT), and recommendation systems. Added advantage in understanding various databases, APIs, and file formats like JSON, PARQUET and XML. Must have hands-on SQL experience. Good communication skills, able to handle projects alone or as a team.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write moderately complex correspondence. Ability to effectively converse and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide on all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percents.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret feedback from non-skilled technical system users to uncover the source of problems and persistence to efficiently provide solutions. Extreme attention to detail is required to ensure proper documentation of facts. Ability to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints, maintaining the security of data, competing priorities of high significance to the successful function of the department.
Computer Skills:
A significant comfort level in using accounting software and a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and CRM tools.
