ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND DELETION

Account Deactivation

A user can request ExamRoom.AI to deactivate their account once testing is complete. The user can send an email request to datasecurity@examroom.ai and the account will be set as inactive in the event the user will need to test again in the future.

Account Deletion

To request an account to be deleted, please send an email request to datasecurity@examroom.ai. The following information will be deleted from the production server and stored into the archive server and encrypted:

  1. Personal Identifiable Information
    1. First name, last name, email, phone number, photo of candidate, photo of ID, and any profile related information.
    2. Information provided to the omnichannel support team including chat transcript
  2. Reports
    1. Exam history
    2. Digitally recorded video of exam session
    3. Chat conversations with Onboarding Agents and/or proctors
    4. Flags

Permanent Account Deletion

To request a permanent account deletion, please send a request via email to datasecurity@examroom.ai. The following information will be permanently deleted from all servers and cannot be retrieved regardless of the request:

  1. Personal Identifiable Information
    1. First name, last name, email, phone number, photo of candidate, photo of ID, and any profile related information.
    2. Information provided to the omnichannel support team including chat transcript
  2. Reports
    1. Exam history
    2. Digitally recorded video of exam session
    3. Chat conversations with Onboarding Agents and/or proctors
    4. Flags
